On the contrary, one of the most critical stages for the final product to function flawlessly in the field begins at this point. Before shipment, assembled pneumatic cylinders undergo systematic and multi-stage quality control tests to verify their reliability.

The three-stage quality control process consists of leak, dimensional, and appearance tests. This structure aims to ensure that pneumatic cylinders fully meet both functional and visual quality criteria. Each stage controls a different parameter affecting product performance.

Leak tests are conducted to ensure that pneumatic cylinders operate safely and efficiently under pressure. In these tests, the cylinders are subjected to specified pressure values, and air leaks are detected using sensitive measuring equipment. Products that do not pass the leak test do not proceed to the next stage. This prevents potential performance losses in the field.

Dimensional checks are performed to verify that pneumatic cylinders conform to technical drawings and tolerance values. Length, diameter, stroke, and connection dimensions are checked in detail. This stage ensures that the products work seamlessly with the systems they will be assembled into, minimizing the risk of post-assembly problems.

Appearance checks cover the surface quality, paint condition, and overall aesthetic criteria of the products. Elements such as scratches, paint defects, or surface deformations are evaluated at this stage. Visual quality affects not only the aesthetic value of the product but also the corporate image.

Pneumatic cylinders that successfully pass all quality control tests are transferred to the packaging line. Using appropriate packaging methods, the products are prepared to prevent damage during shipping and storage. This stage ensures that the product reaches the customer in its original quality.
